Bold in Vancouver - Interior Renovation and Dormer Addition

With an eye towards maximizing the existing footprint, this interior renovation and dormer addition was about re-inventing under-utilized adjoining spaces and creating the ultimate retreat. This character home was designed for a family who enjoys the comforts of today's technology yet loves the character of the home and neighbourhood. Creating additional space was a priority for this young family of four.We extended the exterior by adding a dormer across front of the home. The dormer addition was added to provide the family of 4 with more space by adding a new bedroom and second bathroom for the children.By reconfiguring the top floor; the master suite with a walk-in closet and bathroom was completed.
